I would like to express to you my extreme level of customer service I received from your Belmont service center.

Todd Childers and the staff in Belmont went above anyone's expected level of service when they worked on my daughter's Volkswagen Beetle.

Todd and your staff helped her when she was broke down on a parking lot near the college and assured me that they could safely take care of her and her car.

Please understand that I live in Annapolis, Maryland and my daughter goes to Belmont Abbey College. So as a Dad I couldn't help her when she broke down or fix her car.

That kind of service deserves recognition and compelled me to write this letter to you and buy lunch for your staff in Belmont.
