Case Tire Co., Inc. began serving the tire needs of Gastonia residents in March of 1971. Thomas L. Case built his business on the idea that first class customer service should never be a surprise, it should be expected. This dedication to customer service, matched with the best name brands in tires, was a recipe for success.

As our business grew throughout the 1970s and 1980s, so did the desire to offer more automotive services to our client base. Computerized wheel alignment, suspension repair, and expert brake service became cornerstones of our service offerings. We also expanded with another location in Belmont, North Carolina. Our latest expansion came in 1998, as we acquired City Wrecker Service and Garage. This venture not only allowed us to offer 24-hour emergency road service, but also gave us the much needed space to expand our ever-growing list of automotive services. We also changed our trade name to better represent our focus. In 1998, Case Tire Co. became Case Tire & Automotive. Along with City Wrecker Service, we are Gaston County's one stop home for tires, towing and recovery, and complete automotive repair.
